Great coxswain calls don't happen by chance—they're built, tested, and refined. In this interactive clinic, you'll learn how to develop your own callbook; recognize which calls inspire your crew and which fall flat; and how to deliver them with purpose at the right moment. Through discussion, practical examples, and shared experience, you'll leave with a stronger toolkit for effective calls and the confidence to use them.
